Established in 1984, Future Bright Group holds a diversified food and beverage portfolio comprising restaurant and eateries, food souvenir, food trading, institutional catering, entertainment and club management. It is the largest food and beverage enterprise based in Macau with over 30 restaurants, food courts and retail outlets in Macau, Shenzhen andHong Kong.
The Group has established a wide range of restaurants and catering services featuring Cantonese, Shanghainese, Taiwanese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Italian, Portuguese and Macanese cuisines. In terms of service outlets, the Group manages restaurants, food courts, canteens and clubhouses. In addition, the Group has introduced several world-renowned franchise brands including global chains like Pacific Coffee, Pepper Lunch, Japanese ramen specialists Bari-Uma and Fu-unmaru, as well as two popular Korean restaurant brands Mad for Garlic.
In 2014, Future Bright Group proudly relaunched one of the oldest bakery brands in Macau – “Pastelaria Yeng Kee”. Its high quality and wide variety of products along with its vibrant and contemporary packaging quickly brought Pastelaria Yeng Kee into the limelight, with many hailing it as the most outstanding souvenir brand in Macau today.
