Information Technology Manager

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive business critical applications with vision to deliver quality solutions benefiting customers and the group as a whole.
  • Manage the implementation and development of all hospitality related applications
  • Manage, develop and lead technical teams in support of hospitality applications to achieve quality and timely deliverables.
  • Collaborate with management and users for successful deployment of the projects.
  • Provide resource and consulting support to relevant business projects
  • Vendor management ensuring open and transparent relationship that clearly defines the preferential status and demonstrates beneficial services and commercials.
  • Collect the strategic requirement from the business with infrastructure and application teams to identify future initiatives.
  • Assist in interfacing with key IT teams focusing on compliance, business continuity and disaster recovery 
  • Successfully manage a team within the applications group to deliver great results.

 Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma holder in Computer Science or IT related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years working experience in project coordination, user support and system maintenance.
  • Good communication skills in both English & Chinese.
  • Experience of Managing the Tier 2 support team to success against day-to-day objectives for issue resolution and long-term goals for continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge and experience in POS, CRM, HR, Finance, Procurement, OA system will be a definite advantage. 
  • Hand on experience in manages the servers, routers, switches, firewall, AP and all other network peripheral.
  • Knowledge in Programming and Database.
  • Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills.
