Job Responsibilities:
Managing the operations of kitchen, purchasing ingredients, monitoring ingredient inventory, monitoring food quality and hygiene, allocating manpower and training staff
Job Requirements: Be responsible, active team player with good communication skills
3 years or more kitchen experience is preferred.
