日餐營運經理
工作職責：
- 全面管理餐廰業務上之工作；
- 制定市場銷售目標及營運方案，制定及控制餐廳的經營成本、分析餐廳的財務報表及管理庫存；
- 指導及提升團隊成員的服務素質，確保團隊成員的工作質量及效率符合公司要求；
- 處理客訴SOP等。
工作要求：
- 具高中學歷或以上，主修酒店管理、工商管理、餐飲管理等學士學位者優先；
- 具3年或以上管理工作經驗者優先；
- 良好的中英文書寫和口語能力，熟悉MS Office電腦軟件操作；
- 精通成本控制、市場營銷和衛生管理；
- 邏輯思維清晰、具有良好溝通、組織及領導能力，擅長跨部門協調。
