工作職責：
- 各類烘焙的研發工作，追踨市場趨勢，提出產品研發企劃；
- 按現有產品配方進行調整並優化，如風味、保質期調整等，並進行小批量試產與穩定性測試；
- 彙整研發資料，包括感官評與試食，記錄口感、香氣等數據，並依反饋調整配方至最佳狀態；
- 指導生產部門大量試產配方，配合監督量產問題，確保品質一致性與穩定性。
工作要求：
- 精通中式、西式烘焙工藝，包括麵團發酵、餡料調配、烘烤温度控制及裝飾技術；
- 熟悉食品添加物、原料特性、加工技術、配方設計、感官評估、成本分析及小批量試產能力；
- 了解市場趨勢，能追踨潮流餅食流行口味，研發品符合手信定位的產品；
- 至少3年以上烘焙產品研發或生產經驗，熟悉餅食配方調整與創新；
- 對食品研發有熱情，有良好的團隊合作精神。
