Terms & Condition

Future Bright Club VIP Card (“the Card”) is issued by Future Bright Group (“the Group”) on the following Terms and Conditions. By signing the application form and/or use of the Card, the person to whom the Card is issued (“the Cardholder”) agrees to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Cardholder’s Information

The Cardholder understands that the Group issues the Card on the basis that information provided by the Cardholder is and will remain true and correct. The Cardholder will notify the Group promptly in writing or calling of any changes in employment, business or resident address or phone number.


2. Cardholder’s Rights and Obligations

The Card may be used at any subsidiaries and associated companies of the Group which accept the Card for effecting purchases of goods and services, payment of the Cardholder’s outstanding accounts, deposit and such other membership and facilities or services as the Group may from time to time provide or arrange.

The Cardholder will be liable for all transactions (“Transactions”) effected through the use of the Card, even no sales draft is signed by the Cardholder and/or the Credit Limit is exceeded.

If the Cardholder need to identify a specified Transaction at any subsidiaries and associated companies of the Group, he/she must provide the receipt of that specified Transaction for approval.

The Cardholder must present the Card at each purchase, if not, he/she may result in not receiving any discount offered by the Group, and it also may not earn any Bonus Points from this purchase.


3. Charges

Each VIP card will be charged MOP/HKD$100 Membership fee (one off) and MOP/HKD$50 annual service charges for the time of being the Future Bright Club member. The Group will charge MOP/HKD$50 annual service charges to the Cardholder in the designated date of following years. The annual service charges can be made by cash, cheque or deposit in the Cardholder’s Account (“Account”).


4. Bonus Points* and Bonus Cash**

For every purchase with the Card can earn Bonus Points prorated accordingly.

The Cardholder can redeem his/her Bonus Points for privileged gifts offers from Future Bright Club, or exchange to Bonus Cash with his/her Bonus Point to purchase at any subsidiaries and associated companies of Group. But all the purchases paid by Bonus Points and/or Bonus Cash may not earn extra Bonus Points and Bonus Cash again.

The Group reserves the right to notify the Cardholder in writing to use his/her Bonus Points in the specified period and it may result in forfeiture of accumulated Bonus Points in his/her Account.

Any sales related to the Card will list on the “Amount” of the Cardholder’s monthly statement.

Bonus Points and/or Bonus Cash awarded to Cardholder may not be transferred to other person.

Any cancelled Account cannot redeem his/her Bonus Points for privileged gifts and it may result in forfeiture of accumulated Bonus Points in his/her Account.

Cardholder is eligible to redeem his/her Bonus Points for privileged gifts only when his/her account is valid and in good standing.

* Cardholders can earn Bonus Points by prorate for every purchase at any subsidiaries and associated companies of the Group except specific ones, and it is subject to the final confirmation of each subsidiaries and associated companies.
Macau / Hong Kong Merchants: e.g. spend MOP/HKD10 = 10 Bonus Points.
China Merchants: e.g. spend RMB10 = 13 Bonus Points.
* * The Bonus cash cannot be exchanged for cash, but could be used to settle the payment up to 50% of each purchase.
Macau / Hong Kong Merchants: e.g. 100 Bonus Points = MOP/HKD1.
China Merchants: e.g. 130 Bonus Points = RMB1.


5. Lost or Stolen

The Cardholder will inform the Group in such manner as may be required by the Group if any Card is lost or stolen. You may notify us by calling Future Bright Club hotline (853) 2883 8222 in office hours* or directly reporting to any of participating merchants. The Cardholder shall be liable in respect of any unauthorized usage prior to our receipt of written notification from you that Card is lost / stolen. The Group will not be obliged to issue a replacement Card to the Cardholder following its loss or theft. If the Group agrees to issue a replacement Card, its use will be subject to these Terms and Conditions and will be subject to a handling fee. A handling fee of MOP/HKD$50 will be charged for each card replacement.

6. Cancellation of the Card

The Group reserves the right to and may at any time withdraw, suspend, extend or modify any of the facilities or services provided to the Cardholder, withdraw any or all of the Cards, or terminate these Terms and Conditions without any reason or cause nor prior notice to the Cardholder. Without limiting the Group’s rights as aforesaid and as an illustration, any such right is likely to be exercised if the Cardholder is in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions, commences or suffers to have any insolvency, execution or similar action or proceedings against the Cardholder.

The Cardholder may at any time terminate the use of the Card issued to him/her by notice to the Group in such manner as may be required by the Group.


7. Termination

The Card will be terminated for no transaction on his/her account for two years. The account of the cardholder is voided while the VIP card is terminated. And he/she will forfeit the right of using the VIP card at any subsidiaries and associated companies of the Group for purchasing of goods and services, payment of the Cardholder’s outstanding accounts, deposit and such other membership and facilities or services as the Group may from time to time provide or arrange.


8. Amendment

If the Cardholder does not accept the Group’s amendments, the Cardholder will with seven days after notification by the Group’s of such amendments by terminating the use of the Card and notice to the Group in such manner as may be required by the Group.
Retention or use of the Card after the date on which the Group notifies the Cardholder of the amendments will be deemed to be conclusive evidence that the Cardholder has accepted and agreed to such amendments without reservation.


9. Miscellaneous

Any Card issued to the Cardholder is and remains the property of the Group, and is not transferable. The Cardholder will promptly return all Cards on demand.

The Group may at any time transfer, assign, delegate or sub-contract any or all of its rights or obligations hereunder to any person without prior notice the Cardholder.

The Group’s records and the records of transactions on the monthly statement shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholder for all purposes except the Group may at its discretion adjust any entries mistakenly or erroneously made by it.

All notice, monthly Statement or correspondences sent by the Group may be sent by regular mail to the Cardholder’s address last notified in writing to the Group, and will be deemed to have been duly served two working days after the date of posting if mailed to an address in Macau, or seven working days after posting if mailed to an address outside Macau.

Unless the context otherwise requires, word importing the singular number include the plural number and vice versa and words importing masculine gender will include the feminine and/or neuter gender where applicable. Headlines are for reference only and will not affect construction of these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of any discrepancy in respect of meaning between the Chinese version and the English version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese shall prevail.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and constructed in accordance with the law of Macau. The Cardholder hereby submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Macau.

The Group reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and the special offers from the Card at any time without prior notice to the Cardholder.


10. Statement and Fees

Please examine the statement at once. If no error is reported within fourteen days from the date hereof, the account will considered correct. The Group reserves the right to charge for any photocopies of the statement and receipt.

All amounts are expressed in Macau Pataca.
