工作職責：
- 全面管理廚房的運作及行政等事務；
- 管理及維護出菜品質與順序；
- 與餐廳經理協調制定促銷和季度性菜單，更新與研發新菜式；
- 指導及提升團隊成員的菜式烹調方式，確保廚房運作順暢；
- 管理食材庫存、制定及有效控制食材成本，採購及準備食材、訂制飲品計劃，熟悉供應品的定價；
- 以HACCP的標準確保食品的安全，維持與確保廚房及冷凍庫的衛生達到既定標準。
工作要求：
- 具中學學歷或以上；
- 具3年或以上茶餐廳或類似場所的工作經驗，有餐飲管理者優先；
- 能操流利廣東話，懂基本英語更佳；
- 具基本MS Office電腦軟件操作知識。
